Question
This afternoon I was on the beach with my grandson who was busy returning seaweed to the sea when I was asked to do some embroidery for someone. Where is the strangest place that someone has asked you to do some sewing for them?

Me too...very weird! It was definitely not something I was thinking about at the time.

I can't beat that and am still giggling, but i have been asked to make and embroider a cloth to go over a coffin. Had to call a funeral home to ask for measurements.

Okay, your lives are weirder than mine. Thanks for the giggle. I've had a lot of strange conversations in funeral homes, but embroidery never came up.

I remember I was stark naked, dripping wet and just getting my towel in the communal ladies' dressing room at a pool in a nearby city when i was asked if I was the lady who, etc. by someone I came to know as An Hemel (=heaven).
