This year is my 50th High School reunion and I was asked by the committee planning it, if I would make the name tags like I did for our 40th. I organized the 40th, but didn't want to do the 50th, so I am just helping. This is what I came up with. I had a friend digitize the crest for the 40th and just did a few changes for the 50th.

Our school colours where red and black, I just put the years and 50 in gold for 50...the picture will be glued into place.

Thank you, they were so impressed when I did the ones for the 40th, so they asked if I could do the 50th. The 40th are a little different than these.

Thank you. Having the picture, just makes it easier to remember who everyone is. I remember faces, but not so good on remembering names.

Great work it will be fun to see how much people have changed. Just a thought you could make a see-through pocket with table cloth plastic then they just slip in .

Wow! Jerri what a stunning looking chiccie you were. I was a founding girl of my high school in 1964 at 12 years of age and we would have had our 50th anniversary this year too - except it was pulled down and there are now units there. After I left in 1968 (and a few years later) it went co-ed and then as I said it was closed. Progress! Love Chris

P.S. Hope you get them all done and you have a lovely time.

Thanks Chris for the compliments, wish I was that thin again.
What is a founding Girl? I have all them stitched for those that have paid so far. Others in the committee are searching for Classmates, we had 395 in our Graduating class. I found 70 for the 40th, but there is a lot more ways to find people, these days. The reunion is Spet 27th,

Thank you Jerrilyn, everyone loved them, so that was why I was asked to do something for the 50th.

Thank you, they all were very impressed when I did them for our 40th. I didn't tell anyone what I had done. I also covered 2 4x8 sheets of heavy perforated cardboard with black felt and place all 395 classmates pictures with their names embroidered underneath, so the entire Graduating Class was pictured on the two boards. I then did a separate one, again with pictures and embroidered names underneath for those that had passed away. I wanted the 40th to be a memorable occasion as who knew how many would make it to the 50th. It was a lot of work, but everyone was very impressed with my idea.
