It`s time for a new wallhanging with summer feeling.
The iris is applique, the quilting is done in the hoop and the lace butterfly is only pinned (so I can remove for washing the quilt)
The butterfly is 12x15 cm.
The colors are in fact more purple then blue.
The irisdesign is from a german patchworkjurnal.
