We are having a nice one. All alone at home, quiet, Ron in bed and I'm trying to do some sewing. A little cooler than it has been , that's better than 100 degrees plus. Just about everyone has gone somewhere. Grand kids in Calif. and in Texas having a grand ole time . Two of the family had to work today. First 4th I can remember in a long time that we haven't had a big cookout around the pool. Grand daughter's B'day is the 8th so we usually celebrated it on the 4th. They're the bunch in Anaheim, Ca.. /Lillian

Spent much of the day in my garden and sticking some pots of new plants on the terrace. Nice cool day in the 79's much of the day (more typically 95 degrees). Lots of fresh tomatoes and green beans.
