A PM is a Private Message, which you can access by the "Inbox" on the right in the top bar. There should be a number in red next to it indicating you have a PM (or more as the case may be).
Thank you for responding. This morning my daughter helped me to download the V5 upgrade onto my computer (Windows 7), but after we downloaded it, my computer would not open my program at all. So we uninstalled it again. The only problem I can think of is that these designs are in a newer format as V5. Would you agree?
