Nice work. I have to join you on the handle them fish. I would be ok except when they wiggle ewww them fin bones and I feel that .........well they become flying fish. Lost a few lol I can't stand that feeling.

These are cool, I can bait my own hook, haul them in, take them off the line...HOWEVER...I draw the line at cleaning them! I will fix them! What I wouldn't give for a good mess of crappie and bluegill! :-}

Oh my!! I grew up in the era, the men caught them and you cleaned them, that would have been a dilemma for sure & if you went fishing you baited your own hook and took the fish off the line if you caught one. Daddy only showed me one time how to do it all and if you went fishing with him and the boys you had to do it. BTW I love fishing, off the bank, pier, boat and most especially Deep Sea Fishing. Alas, the girls all think I'm to old to do any of it now except fish off a pier and I do not even get to do that any more/ These are way to pretty to get slimy fish all over. LOL/Lillian

Oh how cute-I'm with you-don't mind baiting the hook but I hate touching the fish-I always either make Jim take it off or use a towel or glove on my hand. I have been cut more that once on gills and spines-perch mostly.
