Since they changed...Neo...whatever that did to it I keep being told to change my password too. And to update with a other contact in case I forget my password they can send it to a different address or phone. I've had the same password for years, I know you should change it often, but I hate having to remember a new one! The only reason I would forget my password and need a reminder is if they force me to select a new one ;-)
