My quilting group just had our "Morning Tea" for breast cancer , we do it each year , we have quilts on display small stalls that people donate to and we sell off and the best morning tea ever , all for $5 entrance fee , we raised $4,537.00 dollars , not bad going for about 30 ladies , we all had great fun . Excellent! Sounds like a perfect way to raise funds for a worthy charity. I guess you actually have to make a quilt to be part of the group. I would like to find something like this is my area.
