Thanks I wish more folks lived like this

I am hoping someone can help me. I am never been so frustrated!. I purchased a membership from Amazing Embroidery Designs and I do not know how to download the designs I want without having to go through PayPal or entering my credit card. I have been trying for more than a week to contact someone thru the "Contact Us" tab on the web site. No one has responded! I think this site is connected somehow. I tried to figure out a way to post in this web site but darned if I could do that. I am not typically computer illiterate but working within this website sure makes me fill like I am. Can anyone direct me to the person or people that will help me with my problem.
