BX Fonts that are sold by several Digitizers are pre mapped digitized Alphabet sets or fonts mapped to keys on a computer keyboard that come in a BX File.

The BX file is an installer and the files within the BX file can be dragged and dropped into Embrilliance Essentials, Embrilliance Alpha Tricks and Embroidery Works and are instantly installed into those programs.
Then the letters from these Alphabets can be used in these programs to make text designs by simply typing on a computer keyboard.

there is a free program that lets you take advantage of this feature. I think it's thru - can't remember. But they mention it in their explanation of BX fonts so check out the big alpha sites - Jolson's, Apex embroidery, 5 star fonts, etc.

the embrilliance part for just using bx fonts is a free download and its amazing, specially for people who don't have software, I really wish more digitisers would get on board with bx fonts, its really easy to use.
