Another Marine Vinyl fabric design (this one from Five Star Fonts). I could only fit 5 napkin rings in my largest (8x12) hoop. I need to do another hoop of 5 to have enough rings for each of us in our immediate family. I used Kam Snaps on the back. Love those Kam Snaps!! Thanks for taking a peek!! Hugs, Laura
