Hi cuties,
Hope everyone is well. It has been a long time since I posted and lots has happened in the last four months but I am doing fine. We decided to get ready for our retirement and got busy renovating our house to put it up for sale and start shopping for a new one. Renos are now finished (thank goodness) and the hunt is still on. I need to find a house with a nice big sewing room where I can work freely without restraint. A girl can dream and I am dreaming big lol.
Having lots of ups and downs health wise and some days are better than others. I officially retired in June and it feels great.
Finally started embroiderying again this week and it
felt good to get my creative juices flowing again. Have lots of orders to do so I need to get to it.
My older sister (1 year older than I) had a stroke in June and that worried me alot. She is doing better now and should have only minor side effects, she was extremely lucky. My BIL (hubby to one of our cuties) is currently having some health issues that are troublesome and I would appreciate any prayers you can offer. He is going in for one last treatment today and hopefully this will get him back on track, fingers and toes crossed.
Have not had time to catch up on all the latest cuties news but hope to do so soon.
So just thought I would let you know that I am alive and kicking (but not too high lol). Have missed being on here.
Take care,

I have come to realize that I am much more difficult in what I want at this age. Eventually we will find what we want.

Flowers are lovely, but they are alot of work, ask me how I know. Have tons of them here but don't want so many in the new house, body can't handle it any more,
Good luck in your house hunt. Are you looking right there or are you looking farther away?
Our first priority is the size of the lot, want something a little bigger where my future grandchildren can play freely and we can enjoy nature. Secondly we want something big enough for me to have a large sewing room and preferrbly on one level because of my health probelms.
It may take awhile for us to find it but we are not in a big hurry.
It sure has been a hectic time here for us but the dust has settled and things are back to normal. At this stage of the game we will probably wait until spring to move. As for my sewing room, I have been planning it in my head and it is lovely (and big) lol,
hugs
