It is the Red Rose Font. I have highlighted the design number. It will show (in an original file name download as the first section of the number after cuteembroidery. Take that number and cuteembroidery
(Example: "cuteembroidery" 9303924)
and put them into a Google search. It will bring up the links to the designs for you.
