I asked the Cuties advice on embroidering on a plastic table cloth, so I gave it a try. Just the changing pad is made from an inexpensive table cloth. I wanted something to match my "quick trip" diaper bag. The inside is red so I chose red for the changing pad. I didn't have any problem embroidering, I just wanted a little something on it and I didn't use anything with a lot of stitches. The diaper bag is made from some material that I've had on hand for awhile. Little Everly seems to like it just fine :)

Everly is gorgous and you have done an amazing job with all you have done. I've purchased plastic or vinyl backed placemats in past and had great success on embroidering and sewing them Lillian /AKA lbrow

What a great set! I must admit it was hard to admire when I got to the beautiful baby, though.

Such an adorable changing set you've done for this very adorably sweet baby. Wondered where you'd found the tablecloth& what type stabilizer you'd used too? Thanks for sharing it. :~D

I live in the US and found it at Walmart for under $5. It has a slight backing to it. I looked at the Dollar Stores but they only had the thin plastic ones and I was afraid to try that! I used a sticky tear away stabilizer.
