Here is what I made from the larger piece of fabric hope you like it! It's being given to the gd of a very special friend.. I know I went mad with the owls but less didn't look right and I had this great green left over wideback from another project.. now to do a label.. these owls are also from Kreative Kiwi

Thank you everyone for you kind and encouraging words.. I showed Gina the MIL's daughter the small piece of fabric and asked if she remembered it, Yes she said I don't know what mum was thinking when she bought it, then I showed her the quilt she was thrilled to see what I had managed to do with it..
