Does anyone have a Magic Box Elite that they are no longer using? I have the box and software, buts they are no longer giving out activation codes. I would be willing to pay a reasonable price for your activation code if you no longer need it. Such a shame to own something that is of no use because the manufacturer went out of business. Feel free to private message me.

When I got my new computer I found out that I could not use my Magic Box on it. I was very upset to learn that it is no longer supported. So I just kept my old computer XP computer to use the box with. Further, since I can't use my sewing machine without the Magic Box, I also kept my old ME computer and the box that goes with it in case the other box fails. So my desk is getting very crowded with three computers on it.
There are some box replacement available, however, be sure that they will work with the sewing machine you have. They also have become very expensive.

I know how you feel. I have the same problem - it is so frustrating. This has become such a disposable world, out with the old and in with the new - at a cost. I have two magic boxes which are temperarmental and never know which one will work. I have also had to keep the XP computer. I thus hardly ever use the Brother Innovis 700E

A lot of them do not support them with new upgrades. This happened with Simplicity that I had to change.
