If you have missed me a bit, I blew another disc on my back and it caused sciatica.........was down all day yesterday, today up just a bit, so only have this one design digi'd....called Natures Realm2 and will be up when Jim gets home from grocery store.........ugh!!!

Oh! my Vicki, be careful PLEASE! My Mum had Sciatica for months last year and into this year, only relief was SCENAR ADVANTAGE. It's like a TENS machine with little electrical impulses put onto the surface of the skin. I do hope you can rest it up and not be in any pain. Love Chris

I have a feeling I am going to have to go to doc this time, as my leg has gone numb from hip to knee.......first time it has done this.....have battled this bAck for 20 years and this is the worst....have been able to get up for about 5 minutes at a time today, which is progress being I was bed bound yesterday........I do believe we have a facility here that has that machine so will see how this goes.......huggers!!

I know all about back problems and my heart goes out to u!!! Hope u feel better real soon! If it comes down to pain killers not working, try gabapentin. It gave me my life back! Sending hugs yr way!

This is beautiful! I had back problems iin the 1970's and it has been ongoing ever since. I will say that exercise will help more than meds. Lots of love to you!
