I have been to see the Neurologist yesterday to address once again the tremors in my left hand...............No results yet but she did ask if I was getting enough rest? I have to say I all but laughed when she asked me this as I have days where all I can do is sleep! 10, 12, & even 14 hours is not uncommon for me so when she asked me that I thought she must have been kidding! I have to say that I was quite put out & have been told that naps are a very good thing for me & my body is trying to tell me that I need to rest more? I don't understand how that can be. I was too upset to ask any more questions & was quite pouty on the way home. I said my prayers & went for a nap. Today the mail has come & in it is a brochure from the Brain Injury telling me about an upcoming workshop & how to deal with some of these things like the fatigue that is always around the next corner for me so I have signed up. God hears our prayers we just have to listen ! I'm sure I will get some answers next month @ the workshop.......in the meantime I will do what I can when I can & be happy that I can & incredibly thankful. Thanks for letting me vent!
God is always faithful, and our help in time of trouble.
You are an inspiration to so many! Keep going one day at a time...
I always tell Ophelie and Aqualina that when we are asleep that's when our body is growing, creating new cells and making us grow taller etc. They think I'm so smart!!!! he he he! Never forget God has you under His wings and I know in time everything will be made well. Love and blessings Chris
P.S. You have almost 203 THOUSAND FLOWERS!!
Yes, this chronic fatigue thing is a real pain!
I found drinking coca-cola throughout the day helps me cope better. Although the doctors all get fits if I tell them - apparently it is not good for you! I told them I will stop drinking coca-cola if they give me a better way to stay awake...
My sympathy are with you - I hope you find an acceptable solution for the tiredness.
My prayers are with you - I hope you find a solution for the trembling hand too! Sometimes mine trembling so much I can not hold a cup of tea without spilling the tea. Luckily mine does not tremble all the time. So far I could not find a solution for my trembling...
Best of luck!
Anneliese

As for the tremors in your left hand tell the puppeteer to let that string loose a little bit. :-)
Seriously though, it might be something as simple as a pinched nerve, you may have slept with your head the wrong way, wrong angle, pillow too high or too low....... Doesn't take much to pinch a nerve or put us all out of whack, but whatever it is, I hope you resolve it and can just get on with enjoying every day, as I know you try to. Hugs n much love, Meganne
