My husband bought me a couple of visors to help me when we are out. The wide brims block out overhead fans which was a big help at the 3 day class I went to last weekend. Soon I will be able to bling them up. I was thinking about some sayings to go on them. What do you think of these. I don't need a merry-go-round; I have vertigo. Vertigo sucks. The world spins and I spin. Vertigo makes the world go round. Feel free to add more sayings to my list. My handsome hubby has told me I can buy more hats and even have them in every color to match my outfit. My plan is to also add some FSL birds, butterflies and/or flowers to them.

Karen, has your dr. recommended anything for your vertigo? My mom had dizzy spells due to an inter ear problem, and she was told to take meclizine, which you can buy over the counter. It helped her, it can make some people sleepy however. Be sure and check with your doctor though.

Hi Lorraine, I used to live in Reynella. Dad played golf up at Blackwood originally and then down at the Vines at the end of Reynell Road. Love the Woodcroft area and I bet it's changed since I was last in Adelaide. Love Chris
Hi Pennefold, yes it has changed quite a lot, over the past few years we have had major road works done hear and a new freeway built that starts at the victor harbor turn off right down to flinders medical centre, I would say it has cut traffic congestion in peak times down by half. we also have a lot of new homes being built around us and also in the seaford area. thankyou for your reply message hope to hear from you again. regards lorraine
