DH has just put these up for me in an already overcrowded sitting/ sewing room. The twins went to a mosaic class - Ben made the seahorse and Georgie the dolphin. You can imagine my surprise when I was presented with them. I think for almost six years old they have done a great job.

Thank you Laura. I came home with loads of pictures from them as well. Ben has a sweet habit of putting a drawing on my pillow each day I was with them.

WOW! Sarah they are stunning, Ben and Georgie have done a fabulous job. I used to love doing Mosaic work when I was at school. Maybe it's something about cutting up perfectly good pieces of crockery and replacing them - now that sounds familiar except I now do it with FABRIC!!!!!!!!

I think it was probably a kit with already cut pieces. The picture are all old family ones (no coloured ones allowed). The top one is my mum when she was twenty.

Hi Bettina - I think that they were a kit as the glass pieces are stuck on hardboard, so they did not have a choice. Georgie just loves all living creatures.
