I wanted to say thanks for everyones help. Y'all are the greatest. I wanted to show you how much I've gotten done so far. This is my very first quilt top. The embroidery has mylar behind it. Therefore it looks like metallic thread. However it doesn't show up in the picture very well.

Great work! Did you know that if you click on the pictures, they get bigger? I can see your shiny mylar on most of the squares.

Thanks for your kind comments. Sorry it has taken me so long to get back with you guys. Within 5 minutes of sending this post my tenants called and their dog was giving birth. It was her first litter and their first litter. So I ran next door to assist in the birth of four little puppies.

Very pretty!!! I love how it turned out, those designs are amazing! My first granddaughter was born in TX when my son was stationed in Ft. Hood, so I'm kind of partial to TX, we went to visit several times and really enjoyed ourselves there.
