Another great customer service report.
EmbroideryDesigns.com answered me on a Sunday in less than 8 hours about a problem I had downloading a FREE design. They fixed the problem and sent me the file pronto. I thanked them and told them that I would tell all of my embroidery friends of their great service.....I'll bet Sue never thought I knew THIS many embroiderers!
