a busy morning............4 Zucchini-choc-chip bread (vegan chips) & 4 + Zucchini-Walnut Bread all done & ready for the freezer! YUM I don't think the minis will last as I had 12 & am down to 5 lol & no I didn't eat any yet

That looks delicious. I keep getting courgettes from a friend and have done a lot of different things, but bread was not one of them. Thanks for the idea, I might give it a try next Monday.

Great job busy lady! I love, love, love zucchini-walnut bread-the chocolate chips would be more to more husband and girls likings. :)
