I awoke this morning to my IPhone going off with a text-This was the message I recieved- It is about Grace the young girl that had the accident and we all have been praying for- Update 09/21/14-Grace had a truly amazing day yesterday.She is spending more time each day awake and aware. Yesterday afternoon she spent almost 4 hours out of bed in her chair. We were able to get her to walk with us holding her to the window and her chair. She was happy to visit with some of her friends and even use sign language to commincate with them.....and spelled out WIN when they talked about their soccer games! But the most amazing thing is that we were able to put a speaking valve on her trache. It took a few days to get her to make a sound.... then last night when her dad was sitting next to her, she whispers "Happy Birthday Dad". We were all crying and jumping for joy at the same time!!! Then in true grace fashion she says 'sign language easier"!- I give the Praise and Glory all to God! Grace is a living miracle!! I believe that 100% - Now ..Please don't stop praying. I know with prayer God can restore her whole vision and heal her brain. Thank you for your prayers!!! They are working! She has a ;long hard road but we are on the right track!!! I almost forgot.. please pray for the relief of pain from Graces' eyes! They are hurting so bad!....This was from Graces' mom. I thank all the ones that are praying for Graces recovery too. She is amazing but God is AWESOME !-Toogie
