I been working on some tatting these last few days **after spending a week doing my flowerbeds and trimming my cedar hedge. These each take about /almost 2 bobbins of thread and about 60 minutes to sew out on my Husqvarna. They designs are from murphy's #83 tatting!!

Thanks for LQQKING!!Hugs carolyn

They really look like hand tatting. Nicely done, but I don't think I'd have the patience to stitch these out on my machine. It's really slow.

Carolyn these are so lovely. I esp like the bottom one. Tatting by hand would have taken ages, so while 60 min seems like a lot.......... I used tatting on Avery dedication gown, ( It was one of my first post here) but I bought it!

I bought the tatting, not the gown. I HAND embroidered it!

I know how to do almost every type of handi-work except tatting. I have always wanted to learn but .... well we all know how that goes. These are so beautiful. I love to tuck little gifts like these inside greeting cards when I send them out. Carolyn, would you please send me a direct link where I can locate these gorgeous designs. hugs, Susan
