Adapatable Advent Calendar - This set of little felt stockings can be used to make an advent calendar either by buttoning them onto a backing as in the first picture or by hanging on a length of ribbon as in the second picture. Just enough room for a sweet treat for each day leading up to the big one!

It was, but it needed to be created again when I returned home. I had made a small error - 24 times! That will teach me to test before I go ahead with a whole set!

I really do like the idea of tiny stockings for an advent Sue. These are so cute and really love those star buttons. Would be great to drape from mantel to decorate with/Lillian

You have done an amazing job with this design Sue. A couple of years ago my daughter bought little socks in white, red and green. Cut out numbers and little Christmas things from felt. Sewed pegs on and since then used them for an advent calendar.
