Are these crumbles - they look yummy! You can have some of my cooking apples if you want to pop up north - I'm sick of the sights of them!

They look yummy, nice collection, Do they freeze well?
My apple tree needs an extra week or so and then I can have a baking day. Need to defrost and reorganise my freezer before that.

Sounds and looks Delicious! I wish I had more apples. I only made sauce this year, however your recipe sounds wonderful. What is the difference with cooking apples?

I find cooking with cooking apples a lot better than dessert ones, but they are all yummy & adding some coconut in the mix is really tasty, xx
