Last Wednesday I ordered & paid for 4 design sets from Ageless Embroidery. I received the email to download the designs filed in my number and received a not back 'Invalid payment information has been entered' I tried again & still got the same message. so sent a e-mail telling them on Wednesday tried again Thursday & Friday then sent another email still no answer or designs. I fly out to England tonight & am finding it very frustrating.
Has anyone else had the same problem? hope to get onto the internet while waiting to change planes at Hong Kong Monday morning. wendy

I have never had any issues with them. Have you checked your payment method to make sure the process worked correctly. I don't know what type of payment you used, but I heard that Paypal had some issues in the last week. I would just double check all you can on your end.

I have bought many sets from them, and they have been incredibly helpful with each order. Most of the bloopers have been on my end, but they help anyway. Is there ANY chance that you are using an email (yahoo for example) that might be going directly to the spam box? Once you do get in touch, they will make it right! Is there a way to check to verify that the payment sent actually arrived? I wish you the best. They have some very creative designs, and great deals. Don't give up. They will make it right!!

The funds were taken out of my account the same day. I received the e-mail not yahoo ok it just won't take my number when trying to get to the download page I will try again tomorrow or when I get to gillemerson on Friday. thankyou for answers. *4all

make sure you use the same email that you used to pay...did you paypal?
