Many of you Cuties from USA will not believe that I do not have one Halloween design. My daughters twins have their birthday on 5th Nov but it has been decided to have their party on Halloween. My daughter has now asked if I can make trick/ treat bags with a design on. To keep the stitch count down I thought applique. Does anyone know where I can get (preferably free for once off) an applique pumpkin with a face?

Hi Sarah, I haven't found a free one, but this is really cute and only $1.50. There are some lovely designs on this company. Love Chris
I'm like you - we don't celebrate it much here, although the children love getting lollies, sweets etc. (candy to the Americans)

Sarah, do you not have halloween over there, or no little ones to trick or treat, or religious reasons? Just wanted to know how people in different places do.

Here the children in parts of the country go for treats on November 11th, St Martin. Was completely new to me when we moved to where we now live. All Saints, however, has no Halloween connotations.
It is something that we as a family have never celebrated. As a child in the UK it was virtually unheard of. Here in South Africa it is also not really celebrated, although you do get the odd parties. No religious reasons.
