Just mailed off this bicycle bag for my nephew. I designed the bag (pleather so that it is somewhat waterproof per my sister's request, a handle to carry it by and 2 velcro straps to attach it to the handlebars). The "Hoop it up" comes from website: https://www.jjsappliques.com reasonably priced and a perfect fit for the bag. The design on the top was a freebie, can't remember where though.

Sure hope he like the bag.

I just used a regular foot on my sewing machine for the bag. Had a little trouble with the pleather not wanting to move, so I put one strip of aquamesh over the seam and it ran through the machine like a breeze. Not sure if you will have the same trouble with the leather or not, but if you do, you might try this.

Taco is your chihauau, right? Basketcase has a CHIHAUAU head on her site, fits a 4x4 hoop and then you could put whatever saying you would like on it.
