Had a great birthday luncheon today with Mum, Trev and Amy. We went to a local lakeside restaurant at 12.30pm. We left at 3.00pm. Beautiful food and a great outlook. Thank you to all who sent me birthday wishes here and on Facebook. When not having pictures taken I wore dark glasses, by eyes are sore and my nose is running like a tap! Love Chris

4. Me on my own - after a couple of glasses of Champers! Alcohol makes my blood pressure rise and my face perspires! Well, that's my excuse.
5. Scampi on a Rib Eye Fillet with a Truffle oil in potato mash - Amy's lunch.
6. Lamb in Sumac with Israel Cous Cous my lunch.
7. Trev's Oysters Kilpatrick.
8. Looking out of window towards Lake Macquarie at Warners Bay.
It was a lovely luncheon and then Mum and I had Lemon Meringue Pie, Amy had Banoffee Pie and Mum and me half strength skim milk Cappuccinos. And of course I had my Sparkling Champers! Amy had a couple of glasses of wine, but she doesn't drink coffee!!

Thanks Vicki, Mum would love to hear that. I actually have my Father's big rounder face, until of course, he got sick. I look a bit like my Nanna too, so the genes have certainly gone down through the generations. I'm a bit of both! Love Chris

Thanks Lynn, Mum loves a good meal. I didn't get a picture of her Fish as she had started to eat it. I'm just about to go to bed and am sneezing and feel heavy lidded. I hope I'll be o.k. tomorrow. It's just a head cold, but I feel stuffed up. Love Chris

Yes, it was wonderful thanks Karen, the sypmtoms of the cold gets worse as the day goes on. I'm just about to go to bed it's nearly midnight, and I can hardly keep my eyes open. Love Chris
