Burp Cloths. I have a cousin who is expecting 3 (yep, 3!) grandbabies in January. Her daughter is expecting twin girls and her son's partner is expecting a boy. Everyone is excited, and I decided to make some burp cloths for them. The small frog one was made in my 200mm x 360 hoop and I decided it was way too small, so I made a larger pattern. The rest are 20.5 x 8.5 inches. The designs are from all over.

Great job, busy you! Your cousin may be like some friends we have. 2nd marriages for both, with grown children. He was having a grandbaby born at one hospital and she was having one born across town at another hospital, all the same day! They made it for both, though how they did it, kept them running!

Let's hope they won't be born on the same day as they live over an hour from the city with the hospital where their daughter will be giving birth as she is under special care. Their DIL will probably give birth at the local hospital.

There is a backing on them - a layer of flannel. If you look closely at some of the pictures you can just see a bit of color on the edges.
