My husband wanted a SD card to go in his hunting camera. He has one in it out in the woods, but he wants another one to take to the camera tomorrow in the woods, and change out for the one that has photos on it. Anyway he needed no larger than a 4GB. I had one with photos on it, so I burnt a CD with those photos, so he can use the card. I have been looking at the old photos and thought I would share a few here. #1 is my 2 sisters, my mom and me, long time ago. Can you guess which one is me? #2 are our 3 'kids', 10 years ago #3 & #4 I used to cut and fix moms hair- Just some old memories I wanted to share.

Oh, Very Young Toogie was cute, too. Nice memories. Thanks for sharing with us. My Mom used to cute my Dad's hair in a kitchen chair in the back yard (less cleanup). He would ask "Is Delilah's Barber Shop open Saturday?"

Where would we be without our memories...My mom is gone now and I do miss her. She paid for my barber shears and told me to cut her hair. I never cut hair before in my life! She was in a wheelchair since about 42 years old and the hairdresser would come to her house and cut it. At times though, it wasn't convenient so that's why I was elected. I have had many years of practice now, but don't know if I have improved-lol

great pics, and a nice walk down memory lane. I think you are the cute one in the middle. You all have great hair and I am sure you had lots of fun styling it.

Ding, ding, ding, you won! I am in the middle. Top photo was days of perms and hair rollers. Thank goodness for curling irons!

Buzz, wrong, that was my good looking middle sister. It is fun to look back. It's funny, how memories make you feel, good or sad.

Seeing old photos is lovely and takes one back. My younger daughter sent me a picture recently of us with my late mother, and that took me back in my mind a number of years

Caroline, memories do me the same way, makes me appreciate the times I had with mom, even more. She was a sweet lady, in every sense of the word. I would love to see your photo with your mom.Sincerely, Toogie

Cute pictures Toogie! Love looking at old photos, they bring such loving memories to better simpler times! I've cut hubby's hair too, and like doing it outside in the light and no clean up as well. He just doesn't like anyone else to cut it, plus it saves him money after 40+ years. lol! Very nice pics!!!!

Good morning, My husband's cousin was the barber he always used. I used to cut hubbys hair, only when Rick was too busy. Rick retired a few years ago, so I have been the 'barber' for quite some time. I cut my moms, cut and permed his moms (she lived to 96 yrs old), his sister that died of cancer at 62, my son, some grands and my own most of the time. I recieved my degree from UPH ....Unlicensed Professional Hairdresser through home school-lol lol- Glad you enjoyed the photos!-T

It's a good thing he asked me last night for the card, instead of this morning, when he would want it 'right now'. I got distracted looking at the photos, burnt my CD and was giving him the card when I realized ..I forgot to erase the card-lol- I love photos and these are great for me... to have mom & be so young looking again...sigh.

Love old pictures. Problem with the ones I have, no clue who some of the family happens to be. Nothing on the back of the pics.Wish I had family who could tell me.

That is the main reason I wrote on the back, so when I am gone, they will know who it is. Are you the only one left?
