Birthstone angels for our grand daughters. Design is from sonia showalter site. Stitched out beautiful. This is Mar, Sept, Aug & April. As April is a diamond, it was hard to show the detail in all white. So used lt blue under it, but now it doesn't look like a diamond! Oh well, it's for the youngest & she won't mind! The Sept is actually much darker blue, as in a sapphire, but the flash sorta washed it out.

Thank you! I am going to try one in all white, but you loose the detail that way. If there weren't so many stitches & thick, I'd try a silver metalic, but don't have the patience to do it!

They are all delightful! I've noticed that you placed a coloured crystal in each one and the light blue angel is perfect for the white crystal to stand out. I love all of them, well done.

They are beautiful, the one for April looks good.. If you wanted to try it again as you mentioned earlier what about a very pale yellow, off white or cream with the white over top for the detail..

Was thinking about the cream...but I do the face & wings in cream so they contrasted from the usually white dresses. But may try one with the darker cream?
