Well, it's been a restful Sunday afternoon - I've just been lying down in my armchair to try and keep this cold from getting any further. Had a great night at the WICKED show last night - here we all are having a Cocktail, Mum's was non alcoholic. The rest of us had Midori, a melon flavoured cocktail. Love Chris
From L to R - Ros my sister-in-law from Canberra, me, Emma (Ros's elder daughter 6feet tall!!!!), Amy, Mum, Dana and Lauren (Ros's younger daughter - who turned 21 last Tuesday). This is inside the second foyer of the Capitol Theatre. It's awesome!
(You can see the family resemblance between Emma and Amy)
When we arrived at our Hotel the gentleman at the front desk asked Mum -
"Are you sisters?" (referring to me) Mum was thrilled of course !!
I said "No, this lady is my Mother and these girls are my daughters." Amy then tried to justify him by saying
"It's just because you've got grey hair Mum and Nan hasn't!"

Hi Chris, I agree with you. I think I've got beautiful daughters. One of Amy's male friends thinks Emma is stunning too! Pity, as Emma lives in our nation's capital Canberra; the gentleman who likes her lives right up here in Newcastle! Love Chris

It was wonderful and the girl who played Elphaba (the green Witch), Jemma Rix had an absolutely amazing voice. Glinda (the good Witch) at the end of the show told everyone in the theatre that it was Jemma's 1000th show. Cheers all round! Love Chris

Hi Caroline, yes we had a great time. I only had 2 of these drinks 1 alcoholic and one non. The girls had been out earlier in the day and had a "frew" and then a couple at the theatre! They were very tasty. Love Chris

Thanks Marian - I would still be dark if it wasn't for my best friend Margaret dying 3 and a half years ago. I used to colour my hair Mahogany, Burgundy, Violet etc. So it was very dark. She asked me to go grey or bald with her whilst she went through Breast Cancer treatment and so I've let it go natural and it's so much easier to look after. Love Chris

Beautiful picture, family resemblance is very evident. His comment was a compliment to both of you; as you have a living image of how beautiful you will be when you reach her age. Also you can look in the mirror and see her whenever you miss her! :-}
