HELP i am after a suitable design to put onto tube bags for ladies underwear . Not too many stitches and if possible free download or very cheap.

Try lacocotteacarreaux. If you have time to scroll through her blog you will find some lovely corsets etc. I have attached her pictures. They are mostly Applique designs. Designs by Sick also have a set of Corsets.
