Hi Cuties, well it's our dear little Delphi's 1st birthday party in a couple of hours and Amy has just rung me to inform me that her boss is letting us use his cafe. I'm to pick Mum up and drive into town and help Amy set up. So we don't have to bring our portable BBQ as there is a griddle and huge industrial oven in the Cafe. It's still a nice day outside, but at least we now don't have to worry at all about whether the weather will change.

I've just done the Cornflake Meringues and Honey Crackles and a fruit platter. Yesterday I made Mini vegetable quiches (24 of them) and Amy and I together did a Zucchini Slice and she made some roasted vegetables which are going into a Quinoa salad today. She also did a Duck cake for Delphi as she loves Ducks. I'll take some pictures later on and show them tomorrow. Have a great Friday everyone. Love Chris

3. Fruit Platter. (behind fruit platter is the Quilt wrapped in yellow tissue paper and some clothes we bought.
4. Honey Crackles (or Honey Joys)

Now all I have to do is get them to the Cafe without spilling. I might get Mum to hold the Cornflake Meringues in her lap!
