If you have a "badge" design, such as Daily Embroidery offers from time to time, you could just use the last step (or two) of that design?? Just a thought.

My machine has a built in round frame but I don't know how to get it from the machine to my computer program so I can make sure it fits around the design!! Any ideas??

Have a look in your computer program and see what the size of the design is. Then see if you can adjust the round frame your machine offers to the size + some extra (1/2"or so). And if your machine lets you combine designs on the screen it is even easier

design is 3.58 height and 3.85 width. But my hoop is only 4x4 so I guess I will have to shrink the design. What if I send the design to you so you can tell?

You should not send the design as that would violate copyright.

What about a coaster design and remove the design in the centre.

My two machines have frames built in their designs. Do you have built in frames like square, circle, oval, etc? my machines are Brothers and I can also put satin, scallop, etc, edges.

Appliquemomma is the place to go. Also skeldalehouse has given us a large selection.
