Here's a cheating, no stitch TP cover for Halloween- wrap a piece of orange or orange printed fabric around TP and stuff down into the ends and -- wait for it -- roll a green or green print fat quarter and cram into top of roll. Voila. Pumpkin for fall and Halloween. Really!
