I finally finished the wedding quilt I was working on. It is a very generous queen sized quilt that is reversible. The quilting I did on it includes quilting in the ditch (don't look too closely!!!), stippling and meandering. It is for the oldest daughter of our best friends. I will see if I have enough fabric to make some matching pillowcases with their names embroidered on each. I hope to send it off on Monday. Thanks for looking!

This was the first quilt that I have done that is reversible. If they get tired of one side, they can just turn it over for a different look.

Thanks! I need a lot more practice before I will be real happy with my quilting. But u sure are right about how tired your arms get! Even as my husband was holding the quilt so i could take pics, his arms were getting tired! It is pretty heavy, that is for sure!

She has another wedding quilt similar to this one and I plan on doing it for whoever in the family gets married next. I guess I should try to get a head start and start on it before they are even engaged! That would mean I was on top of things....which I'm not! lol
