I am absolutely thrilled with my finished top! I am calling it Flaky Friends. I started out with the hand stitched blocks but then it looked too small for a queen size bed so I took the one block that I had stitched to become a pillow & did another just like it & added to the second row then the rectangle I added to the third row to give more interest to the quilt & then started to add borders. I used my Accu Go Cutter to applque the flakes & the trees but is still seemed bland to me so I went with more is better instead of less is more lol! I think that adding more made the red just pop & I highlighted all the corners! I am so pleased with it & hope that I can figure out how to quilt it too?
