Yesterday I was looking for a Hole Punch in my sewing drawers. I thought of Dennis when I came across quite a few pairs of scissors. I decided to do a head count. I got to 43 pairs, and I know I have 2 or 3 more small pairs in with hand embroidery items in the cupboard. I was quite amazed as I did not know I had so many pairs. This is not counting other cutting utensils that I use in the Sewing Room such as Rotary cutters etc. By the way I still have not found the Hole Punch.

If only he felt well enough to visit and tell us all how we do not need all the scissors. I am not going to count again as I have added to my collection since the last count.

I sure did get a surprise when I started counting. I hope Dennis is well enough to check in soon. Thanks for the offer of your hole punch. I'll make do with the point of one pair of my scissors he..he..he.... Shirley

I did not realise I had that many. Some of them are fancy paper cutting ones, but they were still in the sewing drawers. he..he..he...

Yes Hubby says why stop at 43 + pairs you may as well go for 50 pairs. Hope he is going to pay for the extra ones.

I thought I had a lot with about 12 - and I do use them all for different tasks. Would not know what to do with 43!!!!!
