I apologize I haven't been around the last couple of days. I am entertaining everyone around me with another episode of vertigo. I am being good, taking my meds and doing my exercises to try to get on top of it. So I am giving out flowers and trying to post, but get tired. Happy birthday to all who have had birthdays.

Hope you regain your balance soon!! My Mum had this problem on and off for years. She would also get dizzy when she lay down on her right side, luckily she could lay on the left side. Here's hoping you get over this episode soon.

Oh, Karen, bless your heart. I will certainly for your vertigo to take a long vacation, far, far away.

Helen, you give flowers just by clicking on the little green flower design at the end of the post - at the moment you have 1, so I'll click on it and you will have 2. Every time you read a post, just click and the numbers increase. Love Chris

Hope it goes away soon. It is no fun to be dizzy all the time. I hope your Doctor can help you quickly. Hugs, Mary

Sorry it's at it again. Maybe you can dye your hair and be a dizzy blonde? So glad you know the process back to wellness now! Hope it's soon.

Don't you know you are suppose to put this 'mischievous twin' in the closet, lock the door and throw away the key? If you can't catch her let the general have a shot, I'll be he can do the job. Sorry to hear you are having troubles again. :(

I , too have had vertigo since JULY, hoping it would go away. I thought It was gone until someone suggested I look at the moon the other night and my head went swimming once again!! My daughter swears it is all stress. We have too much stress in our lives. KAY
