Is anyone else having a problem paying with PAYPAL today?

I have tried to purchase designs from two sites and could not get through.

It must have been a problem with PayPal. I just went back to the site and used Paypal with no trouble this time.

I did not have a problem with PayPal but I did with Ebay.

Yes, I did also. I first thought it was the web site as my items were still in the basket and pay pal said my purchase was finalized. I went back to web site and sent message through the contact us tab and was told it was Pay Pal . Any way all is well as I got my order.. Kay
