I have just purchased a Cabbage Patch kid for my GD for Christmas. I have been trying to purchase some basic patterns to make some clothes for it. The only dolls clothes patterns that seem to be readily available are for an 18" doll. Does anybody know the measurements of these dolls and if the patterns would fit a Cabbage Patch kid?

no, totally different body. Do you have local paper where you could see if anyone wanted to get rid of old cabbage patch patterns? I have a lot, but will not part with them. I use to make the dolls, with heads that use to be for sale, I even have some of them. Basement full of old ideas. Try goodwill.

Lots and lots on Pinterest. log on and in look, put in cabbage Patch dolls clothes.
