can someone tell me how to download the free designs from lianestitch. I have tried but when I try to bring them up on my computer there is nothing there.It says it doesn't recognize the design. what am I doing wrong and how can I correct it.i thank you for any and all the help you can give.

I have the same problem (I use Jef) but I bring the design up in buzzedit2 & then change the format. I also have wilcom but haven't tried doing that in this software. Do you have any editIng software to do it in ? BTW wilcom is free to download. I'm sure other cuties will have some ideas as well. Hope this helps & good luck

What design are you trying to download?
I just checked and downloaded the Santa Free lace design and it worked.
I am on windows 7 and it goes into the download section of my computer and I then unzip it. It worked ok for me.

I'm on windows 7 as well & it goes to downloads also so looks like some of us have gremlins. LOL

I have had no problem with a free download, (only downloaded 2 designs), but could someone tell me how I would purchase a design here? I do not see an "add to cart" button or anything similar. I am interested in a few of the tea light covers. Thanks. Coral

are you using a "translater" to get it in english I found it would not download while translated have to go back to original page to download...wendy

Sometimes I have the same problem but I use Buzz Edit to sort out the problem sometimes I have to change from V5 to V1 then it works I use Windows 8.1
