It is with a heavy heart that I post this tonight...my cousin, Ken Alexander...loving son, husband, father, friend, veteran, policeman, protector of life and love...has fallen tonight...Of all the dangerous challenges he has faced, he had a heart attack at age 48 and I regret that we did not stay closer in touch over the past years...he was a hero to his family, in Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as a Lieutenant in the Placentia Police Department, in Placentia, CA...So young and so much left to do...I can only know that God has much more for you to do my sweet Ken, and that is why you have been chosen to serve yet another mission away from us...until we meet again...I love you...so my Cuties...my challenge to you is to call someone you love, who you haven't contacted or seen recently...not a text..not an e-mail..not a post on a website...and just say ....I Love You...nothing is like talking to you in person to hear your voice and feel your love..it may be the last chance you get to say...I love you...and I love you Kenny...XOXO...

Dear Kim, my heart is aching for your loss and I know how you feel. I always ring someone as soon as I think of them as I reckon it's a sign from God telling me that that person needs a lift. I hope your message reaches many people as we all need to tell our loved ones, we love them. Love Chris

My favorite Miss dragonflyer, ( since you are the only dragonflyer I know ) no words will ease your pain this day, nothing I can do will help. Know that I'm sorry for your loss and will include you and families involved in endless prayers. You are 100 percent right in what you ask, now our hearts just need to over come the fear and be motivated!. Thank you for your wisdom in your time of sorrow. Trust me your cousin is with you and knows. Your friend Leaha

Thank you my dear Cute friends for your condolences and kind support...I so appreciate your loving words...My cousin Kenny was an organ donor and two lucky people were the recipients of his very healthy kidneys and one for his liver...even at the very end he was an unselfish and loving giver of life as reflected in the link attached...I am so very proud to have been a part of his life and to have him in my family...Rest in Peace my sweet cousin...I will always love you...

What a wonderful person your cousin was. My heart goes out to all of his family and I pray for all of you going through this grief at this time. Your holiday season will not be the same this year but it will be precious to all of those he contributed and gave his life for. May the sun shine on all of you.

I read this with tears in my eyes......I too had a Kenny, my nephew who also was a hero,,,,he was an assistant fire chief in Alaska, who also died of a heart attack at 43, a few years ago.
I am sending a hug to you and yours, I know how you are hurting...I will call my cousin in Colorado.....
