Finished this adorable mug rug yesterday & it will be Part of my sister's gift Basket. She says this all the time so a perfect fit for her. It is from Betty's Original & it took 4 bobbins to make but it is a really good size. Normally I would use a plain fabric for the front but this time I thought I would reach for the stars LOL & I think next time I will use a print as well it is much nicer then the plain white or beige that I normally choose. what do you think?

This is Betty from Betty's Original Embroideries.. I was told you did my little snowman mat that was free on Embroidery Billboard so I came here to see it.. Came out very cute.. Love the colors.. That should only have used one bobbin or less so I don't understand why so many bobbins? My machine only uses one for that many stitches.. Something is wrong if you are using that many bobbins.. That is the large mat 6x10 size it has only 32,000 stitches and should not even use one bobbin.

I used three bobbins & one extra for the satin stiches around the outside edge.32000 stitches as I mentioned below. It is what it is & it is very cute thank you so very much for the freebie it like all your designs stitched out perfectly! ~hugs Loraly

You must be using a heavy bobbin thread maybe or bobbins that don't have a lot of thread on it I am not sure.. Just seems like way to many bobbins.. I have three different machines and none of mine would use that much bobbin thread for a design with that many stitches.. Did you use same color regular thread as top thread maybe. If it is a heavier top thread could be what I am thinking.. You are very welcome love your fabric came out very cute.. Betty
