I have been trying to ask a question on the Cute Alphabet site and can't get it to work. My question is about the Christmas cookies font. The Ginger that is with the B and the L the sock is missing on her left foot. I am putting them on stockings and need a sock . Can you please repair and resend.

Try going to: My files, then click on Download Center. There will be all of the files you have downloaded previously. You can then try to download the files in another format and convert it to PES. Mine is .ART and the sock is there.
