There were some from Daily embroidery, but they were only free for that day. I will put this back to the top for you, tho. Sorry I can't help in any other way.

There is a free skull and cross bones on SewForum.com. You have to register and log in. Go to Embroidery & Digitizing, then Free Embroidery Designs. Here is the link: http://www.sewforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=103432&hilit=skull+crossbones . I have not stitched out this design. There may be others if you search the site.

As has been mentioned below but here is the link to Urban Threads. How old is the grandson as that might make a difference to the style of skull and crossbones?
